Finally end of winter in Minnesota

Yes, it's 35 degrees and that is sweeeeet. After coming out of 2 months of -10 degree it feels like summer.

I'm finally over being fired from my last band, and emotionally it was tough. Never been fired from anything before really, but I picked myself back up, applied for about 15 different random jobs, and starting putting out feelers to see what other bands are out there. Already got into one group, so I'm psyched about that and it gives me something to do on the weekends now.

As far as poker goes:
-Monday was 3rd most profitable day so far for me, $227.00
-Tuesday I broke my record for games played: 72
-Wednesday I broke it again: 82!

Unfortunately I didn't make bucketloads on those days, but at least I'm diligently practicing the 16 tabling and getting better at managing decisions and prioritizing whats going on.

- Here are the $3.30s, almost a 500 game b/e stretch my god. I'm pretty sure that began when I started mixing in the 6s....

-And my progress thus far on the $6.50s

Dunno guys, I'm starting to doubt how well I can 16 table looking at that. Maybe I'll drop a few and just grind out 10-12 tables over the next week or so and gauge how comfortable I am. It kinda looks I hit some kind of psychological block after adding the 6's or maybe I can't handle mixing them with so many tables right now. Quality over quantity right?

Other than being all results oriented these are things I think I've come pretty far in:
-Reading peoples playing styles
-Interpreting donk bets and attacking them
-Restealing - this is a tough move to pulloff in these games, but when I can target the right player it works great!
-Bet sizing on my good hands
-And probably most important - CHECK CALLING. This is something I'm doing waaaaay more with my iffy hands.
-c-betting or delayed c-betting, as well as position betting/bluffing.

My remaining goals for February:
1) Get in 600 more games
2) Find my leaks, is it really too many tables, or something else?
3) Go back and review the hands I have noted from the past but haven't examined yet
4) Exercise/weightlift a little before sessions to warm up and get my mind clear.

Alright peace everybody!!
